I need help.

Since your bills come to almost one-half of your salaries (which comes to about $1,000), then that mean that you have $1,000 dollars left.  Could you pay your credit card bill out of that $1,000 she has left?

I know how you feel.  I have $29,000 in credit card debt too.  My husband and two daughters and I live with  my mother because we're too poor to move out.  We're on one income, my husband works at a job he hates.  This debt and pressure on my husband is killing our marriage.  We've tried credit counseling but it's not helping.  We're barely scraping by each month.  I don't know what to do anymore.  We can't live like this and maintain a healthy family or marriage.  Living with my mom is nice because there's no rent but it is really hard on our marriage. 

We just want to be debt free and able to save some money, to have our own lives, to do what we dream of doing.  We've even tried bankruptcy but the lawyers told us we weren't eligible because we make too much money!  Whatever!  We make about $2,000.00 a month, for a family of four, that's hardly enough.  Our bills are almost half of that.

25k is alot of money, but it definately could be worse. I competely understand you not wanting to tell your husband... however... he will be even more upset if he dosn't find out until it is too late. If I were you, I would tell him. You can't hide it forever and maybe he knows something that might help. In the mean time, focus not on what you can't do... but what you CAN do. Do you have any talents or trades that might bring in money? Do you like to sew or paint or something, anything at all? Make a list and see what you can do with it, if you have internet (which you must to write this) you have many many resources to make money, even if it isn't alot. Sell a craft on ebay,... write greeting cards for small company. Other then that, see about what jobs you might find without transportation.. paper delivery? A local conveinent store ect. Check your local paper for help wanted ads or even ideas. Lastly, take care of yourself. Eat, sleep and take a walk outside or meditate if you have to. You cannot remedy your situation if you are weak and sick and cause MORE bills. Good luck!
